Oklahoma allows permitless concealed carry from age 21 for people who may legally possess a handgun, including eligible visitors.
Permitless carry since Nov 1, 2019 for persons 21+ (18+ for military members and honorably discharged veterans) who may lawfully possess a firearm; extends to non-residents, and 21 O.S. § 1290.26 additionally reciprocates for carriers from other permitless states.

Does Oklahoma issue non-resident permits?
No. Oklahoma does not issue carry permits to non-residents. Oklahoma residency (US citizen or lawful permanent resident with established Oklahoma residency) is required. Active-duty military stationed in Oklahoma and their spouses may apply using stationing orders in lieu of an Oklahoma ID; other non-residents cannot obtain an SDA license.
Do you have to tell police you are carrying in Oklahoma?
No duty to volunteer. It is unlawful to fail or refuse to disclose carrying upon demand of an officer during an arrest, detainment or routine traffic stop (21 O.S. § 1290.8); violation is a citation of up to $100.
