Is a Connecticut Resident Permit Valid in Rhode Island?
Not legal. Connecticut resident permits are outside Rhode Island's recognition rules, and Rhode Island still requires a license to carry. Unloaded, locked transport under federal law is the lawful fallback.
Why
- Rhode Island does not recognize any out-of-state carry permit.
