Is a Connecticut Resident Permit Valid in Massachusetts?
No. In Massachusetts your State Permit to Carry Pistols and Revolvers (Connecticut State Pistol Permit) counts for nothing, and the state has no permitless carry for visitors. You would need a Massachusetts permit, which it does issue to non-residents, to carry there.
