Is a Connecticut Non-Resident Permit Valid in Rhode Island?
The answer is no. Rhode Island's reciprocity policy excludes Connecticut non-resident permits, and its law requires a permit to carry concealed. Visitors without a Rhode Island-recognized permit cannot legally carry.
