Is an Arizona Resident Permit Valid in Rhode Island?
No. Rhode Island does not honor Arizona resident permits, and it has no permitless-carry option for visitors. Carrying a concealed handgun there on your Arizona Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW) is a crime.
