Is an Arizona Non-Resident Permit Valid in Pennsylvania?
No. Pennsylvania does not honor Arizona non-resident permits, and it has no permitless-carry option for visitors. Carrying a concealed handgun there on your Arizona Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW) is a crime.
Why
- Pennsylvania's official reciprocity list includes Arizona.
