Is a Texas Resident Permit Valid in Massachusetts?
No. In Massachusetts your Texas License to Carry a Handgun (LTC) counts for nothing, and the state has no permitless carry for visitors. You would need a Massachusetts permit, which it does issue to non-residents, to carry there.
