Is a Rhode Island Non-Resident Permit Valid in Nevada?
No. In Nevada your License to Carry a Concealed Pistol or Revolver (municipal licensing authority, § 11-47-11) counts for nothing, and the state has no permitless carry for visitors. You would need a Nevada permit, which it does issue to non-residents, to carry there.
